What sparked your interest in construction and led you to pursue it as a career?
My background is Accounting, Payroll and HR in different industries. The construction industry is different than any field I have worked in previously, it has challenged me to learn and grow, which I love.
How do you balance the physical demands of your job with your personal life and hobbies?
I spend my weekends doing things I love, and I take time off whenever possible to spend time with my family and friends, preferably at the beach.
If you could build anything in the world, what would it be and why?
A family compound for all my kids and grandkids.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career in construction?
